Transitional apps

Rich Harris, the guy who created Svelte (learn more about compilers here), gave a talk at Jamstack Conf last week, and its one of the best talks I’ve ever seen.

Rich dug into the issues with both single-page apps and multi-page apps (or, more accurately, websites), and coined a term for a new “somewhere in the middle” approach: transitional apps.

You can watch the whole thing on YouTube now. It’s well worth 20 minutes of your time.
