How to quickly create a new GitHub Gist or CodePen

Just a quick little tip today: both GitHub’s Gist feature and CodePen have shortcut URLs you can use to create a new gist or pen.

• gist.new creates a new GitHub Gist
• pen.new creates a new CodePen pen
