Shared empathy in ADHD

If you’ve been blessed with the hyperactive or combined subtype of ADHD, you’ve probably at some point in your life heard…

You’re a lot!

If you have the inattentive subtype, you may have been told…

You’re really spacey.

It’s tough to describe the feeling of being around fellow ADHDers.

You don’t have to explain yourself. You don’t have to apologize for who you are. You don’t feel judged or pressured.

It just feels like home.

If you don’t have many ADHD friends in real life (or just want more!), I’ve got a free Discord community for ADHD folks, and I’ve love for you to join.

Unlike most Discord communities, there’s just one channel. You never need to worry about where to post stuff or jump around trying to keep up. It’s a place to just talk about whatever and be weird with kindred spirits.

And if you ever want to deep-dive into your ADHD and the challenges in can create in a neurotypical world, I also offer 1-on-1 ADHD coaching.

Whether or not that’s a good fit, though, I’d love to see in the ADHD ftw! community.
